Kindergarten Registration
Must be 5 years old on or before August 15th.
Items Needed to begin registration:
-Certified Birth Certificate (not the mother's copy)
-Social Security Card
-TN Department of Health Certificate of Immunization and Current Physical
-2 Proofs of Residency- must be current and addresses must match.
-Driver's License
-Automobile Registration
-Current Utility Bill
-Voter Registration Card
-Property Tax
